Qualifications & Requirements

Note:  We require an in-person interview and work sample.  In lieu of an in-person interview, we may consider a telephone interview and strong references, plus work sample.

We require the following qualifications:

• An MBA or a master's degree preferable

• Bachelor's degree with extensive international experience

• A minimum of 5 -10 years experience in international business, consulting or cross-cultural training

• Language skills preferable: English plus Asian or European language

• Excellent presentation and communication skills  

• Trainers:  Experience developing and delivering dynamic presentations and content.  

• References will be required

• Native bilingual Japanese, Chinese, Korean highly desirable.
