Silent Auction Rules
-
All auction items will have bid forms.
-
Each bidder should legibly write his/her bid number and incremental increase on the bid form.
-
All starting bids and minimum incremental increases must be honored.
-
Each bid will require a separate entry on the bid sheet.
-
The highest qualifying bid at closing time constitutes the winning bid.
-
Buyer assumes full risk and responsibility for the item and will be required to supply his/her full name and address and pay the full purchase price.
-
The Silent Auction will close at 7:45 p.m.
-
Auction winners will be posted at the Auction Desk at 8:15 p.m.
Please collect your official final bid sheet at the Auction Desk.
Close-Out Bids
-
This unique opportunity is being offered as a convenience for our bidders. Each bid sheet will state the price of the Close-Out Bid.
-
By entering your bid number in the space provided next to the Close-Out Bid price, you end further bidding on that item and guarantee your purchase of the item. If a Close-Out Bid has not been exercised, incremental bidding continues as described.
-
Close-Out Bids may be paid for and picked up at the Auction Desk at any time.
-
The amount you pay above the fair market value estimate is normally deductible as a charitable contribution. Please consult your tax advisors for specific IRS regulations.
Payment and Receipt of Items
-
All items purchased on the night of the auction must be paid for that evening.
-
All purchases will be made at the Auction Desk.
-
Cash, check, Visa/MasterCard will be accepted. We cannot bill for purchases.
-
Sales are final with no exchanges or refunds.
-
Once the bidder receives the final bid sheet, payment can be made.

All sales are final. Your written bid constitutes a legal contract. No item will be sold for less than the minimum bid.
-
Any bid, which does not exceed the previous bid by at least the minimum increment, will be considered invalid.
